The Delicious Dopamine Retreat helps you achieve inner coherence for outer harmony in three days with a digital detox. More rest, more productivity, more creativity, better socializing, and better concentration.
Pop-ups, plings, and push messages demand our attention at all times of the day.
On average, we look at our smartphones 10 to 20 times per hour and spend about 6 hours looking at a screen .
Being online all the time and everywhere leads to lack of concentration, memory loss, less truthful interaction, and physical stress.
No one yet knows the true impact of today's digital age on our lives, our children's lives, or our future.
What we do know is that all the unnecessary substances in our food, skin care products, in our water, combined with invisible toxins from wireless devices, overload our senses.
As you step out of your hectic life and regain your balance, you will truly reconnect with yourself.
And it all starts with putting away your phone and your tablet or your i-pad.
As difficult as it may seem to imagine several days without a phone, a digital detox will completely transform your sleep hygiene, focus, motivation, health, and your sense of happiness. Your senses are reawakened. More delicate, deeper.

DAY 1
You are welcome to the walk-in from 3 pm. We use the afternoon to meet each other and deliberately put the phones away. We will start with body-oriented exercises and establish a goal for the retreat.
After a lovely dinner, we have time for a refreshing walk along the IJssel River. We conclude the evening with a visualization.
Afterwards, you can use the sauna if you like.
Day 2
After breakfast start with body-oriented exercises and breath work. Then we start mapping the impact technology has on your life. Based on the score, you will create a starting ambition for your digital well-being.
After a wonderful lunch and walking/sauna time, we will continue the development program.
In the evening, we will learn how to prepare dopamine-stimulating meals during a cooking workshop. Afterwards, we will happily eat these together. After a short break, we are having the campfire session. Following that, we will conclude the evening.
Day 3
After breakfast, start with body-oriented exercises and breath work.
Then we start mapping the impact technology has on your life. Based on the score, you will create a starting ambition for your digital well-being.
After a wonderful lunch and walking/sauna time, we will continue the development program.
We will conclude the afternoon together around 3 pm.
To end off, you get your phone back. You have learned how to regain control of your screen. Instead of the devices being in charge of you. That's freedom!
